Grace College Announces New Student Enrollment Incentives: The Building Commissioner and the Board of Zoning Appeals wish to remind anyone currently offering or wishing to offer rental housing in their home, even to just one person, that all properties regardless of location within the Town of Winona Lake being used for rental housing require as a minimum a Certificate of Use issued by the Building Commissioner after an onsite inspection to ensure that minimum rental code requirements are being met. Properties seeking to offer facilities for two or more persons require a Board of Zoning Appeals conditional use variance.
