Town of Winona Lake Board Goals

1. Continue to find ways generate revenue.

2. Seek ways to improve services to the community.

3. Seek ways to fund improvements and reconstruction of streets and alleys including lighting, sewers, storm drainage, curbs and sidewalks.

4. Continue to strengthen public and private partnerships to make Winona Lake a stronger community.

5. Continue to work with consultants and the community in the design and

reconstruction of CR 250 E with construction to take place in 2005.

6. Continue to work with the Lake City Greenway Committee, consultants

and the community in the construction of the Winona Lake portion of

the Lake City Greenway.

7. Work to establish activities at the Senior Citizens Center.

8. Consider areas of annexation.

9. Promote environmental issues in the community.
