Caucus Set to Fill Jim Zachary's Seat on Town Council

The caucus is scheduled for 2:30 p.m., September 17 in the Winona Lake Town Council meeting room.  Any Republician interested in seeking the position must live in Winona Lake Ward 1, be a Republican in good standing and not have a felony in their past. Declarations of candidacy are available at the office of the Kosciusko County Clerk, 121 N. Lake St., Warsaw and must be filed with Kosciukso Republician Party Central Committee Chairman Mike Ragan no later than 72 hours prior to the commencement of the caucus. Ward 1 is the blue section on the map.
