Due to COVID-19 virus and associated safety concerns, the Winona Lake Town Hall has decided to take precautionary measures to reduce exposure for our employees and community members.

Payments may be made using our drop box located outside the Town Hall along the street by the mailbox or online through our website. If leaving payments in our drop box, please pay with either check or money order and not cash.

If you have utility, permit/zoning concerns or questions, please contact us at 547-267-7581 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The procedures listed are some immediate steps that have been taken to reduce the risk of exposure in public spaces. Please visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website for all practices we would like the citizens of Winona Lake to consider.

It is our goal to keep the public informed and to be able to continue town business as usual while keeping the community safe. We plan to update the public as often as possible and encourage the community to support one another during this time.
