Beginning on July 1, 2017, we will no longer pick up curbside plastic yard waste bags. Residents of Winona Lake will be provided a total of 15 (3 bundles of 5) “biodegradable” bags. The bags can be obtained at the Winona Lake Town Hall from 8am until 4pm Monday through Friday.

Only items that were previously placed in plastic bags shall be placed in the new bags provided. After the 15 bag allotment has been realized, the purchase of additional bags will be the resident’s responsibility.
